• Coordinate the taking of individual and team pictures by collecting order forms and payment from each team member.
• Email a reminder (or several!) to parents of the picture day (Sunday, March 4th – see time on your team specific calendar) and shepherd your team through the process.
• Distribute finished photos to team members.
• Deliver sponsor photo plaque to team sponsor.
• Sunday, March 4th- Pick up directories at Dugout and distribute to team.
