Raffle Ticket Representative

The annual RAFFLE fundraiser for West U Little League will run from January 31 - March 28.  Proceeds from this event will help our League fund the maintenance of our present fields and facilities, as well as develop new ones.  The winning raffle ticket will be drawn on Friday, April 20, at our Auction (winners need not be present to win).

The Team Raffle Ticket Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling raffle tickets in the following ways:

  • Selling raffle books at team meeting and encouraging families to get their children involved in selling raffle tickets for the league. Assist your team with generating ideas for sales (ie. setting up a table at their school or local restaurant to sell tickets). 
  • Encouraging sales of a minimum of 10 books per player.  Raffle tickets will be sold in books of 5 tickets for $25.  Raffle stubs and funds due no later than March 28, 2012 to JC Al-Uqdah at 3771 University.
  • Promoting the Player Raffle Challenge to families and communicating prize options for the top sellers.  Both individual players and teams can benefit from the cool prize levels. 
  • Distributing information provided by the Raffle Chair, in a timely manner,  to your team.
  • Working a shift at carnival to promote the Raffle Challenge.
