If you are new to West University Little League (WULL) or you did not play Spring 2022 WULL, you will not be officially registered until your player's age and proof of residency are confirmed. You MUST attend ONE of our mandatory document checks.

Thursday, January 12, 2023

11am-1pm or 7pm-8:30pm

West U Scout House

6108 Edloe Street

There is no need to bring paperwork to both. However, it is mandatory that you bring the paperwork to one of these times or your child will NOT be able to play.

We also encourage you to attend New Parent Orientation from 6-7pm on January 12 at the Scout House. This is not mandatory.

You MUST provide:

1.  Original birth certificate, no copies will be accepted.

2.  Proof of residency documents from 3 different categories below:

  • Driver's License
  • Voter registration
  • School records
  • Welfare/Childcare records
  • Federal records
  • State records
  • Local (Municipal) records
  • Support payment records
  • Homeowner or tenant records
  • Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, cell phone, heating, waste disposal)
  • Financial (loan, credit, investment, etc.) records
  • Insurance documents
  • Medical records
  • Military records
  • Internet, cable or satellite records
  • Vehicle records

If you live outside of the WULL boundaries, but meet the criteria to play, you must attend a document check and provide an original birth certificate.
