The parking lot behind Emery Weiner is under construction and will have limited access during tryouts. Parking in the Emery Weiner parking lot on Jan 13 will be reserved for WULL volunteers and staff only. Unless you are a volunteer working a WULL-assigned shift during tryouts, please plan on parking in one of the lots off W Bellfort, including the lot near the soccer fields (behind baseball Field 5) or the lots behind the SFL football fields or WUSA softball fields.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Unfortunately, the parking lot behind Emery Weiner is likely to be under construction for much of the spring, so we encourage everyone headed to South Campus this season to leave earlier than usual and plan for parking in other lots. Anyone who does park in the Emery Weiner lot will need a parking placard that will be provided during Team Meetings.

DRAFTS: Drafts will take place Saturday, January 13 – Saturday, January 20.  You should hear from your team manager with team assignment details no later than Sunday, January 21.

TEAM MEETINGS: Meetings will take place between January 24 – January 28.  Your team manager will provide details on when/where your meeting will take place.  Volunteer positions, practice schedules and other important information will be provided during that time.  ONE PARENT MUST ATTEND.

DOCUMENT CHECK: *PLAYERS WHO DID NOT PLAY IN SPRING 2023*

Remember to have your documents checked at WEST U SCOUT HOUSE on JANUARY 11 from 11AM – 1PM or 7PM – 8:30PM.  It is MANDATORY that you bring the required paperwork to one of these times, or your child will not be able to play this season.  See more information at Spring Ball: New Player Requirements.

MISSED TRYOUTS: If your child is unable to attend tryouts, please contact your Division Director listed below.  If we are not notified of your child’s absence, he/she will not be drafted onto a team and your registration will be canceled.
